How it works

  1. Add the PDF you want to rearrange.
  2. Type the complete new order, listing every page exactly once, for example 3, 1, 2. Ranges work too: 4-6, 1-3 puts pages 4,5,6 before 1,2,3, and 3-1 reverses those pages.
  3. Select Reorder and review. The pages are rebuilt in the order you typed, then the file opens for review. Download or share it when ready.

Limits

Browser-local. You must list every page exactly once (a full reordering). Beta limits: desktop up to 40 MB and 400 pages; mobile devices up to 15 MB and 150 pages. Password-protected PDFs are not supported.

Common questions

Is it private to rearrange the pages of my PDF online?

Yes, reordering your PDF pages is a private process. Your file is not uploaded to a server; all page manipulation happens locally in your browser. Your document stays on your device.

How do I change the order of the pages?

After you open your PDF, the tool will display thumbnails of all the pages. You can simply drag and drop the page thumbnails into the new order you want. Once you are done, you can download the newly arranged PDF.

Can I rearrange pages in a document longer than 25 pages?

The free tool lets you reorder pages in a single PDF up to 25 pages long. To work with longer documents, you will need to upgrade to a paid plan, which removes the page limit.

Does reordering pages affect the quality of my PDF?

No, reordering the pages does not change the content or quality of the pages themselves. The tool simply changes the sequence in which the pages appear in the document, without re-compressing or altering them.
