Terms of use
These terms cover the free browser-local tools and the optional one-time SumoPDF Pro v1 purchase. SumoPDF is operated by Luxx Elegant LLC.
SumoPDF Pro v1 (paid access)
SumoPDF Pro v1 is an optional one-time web purchase that unlocks the advanced tools in your browser. It is not a subscription. It covers SumoPDF Pro version 1 and updates within version 1; it does not include future major versions and makes no lifetime-access promise. The current price is shown at secure checkout.
Your access
A Pro purchase grants you access linked to your purchase email, activated per browser. Each purchase allows a limited number of active browser activations. You sign in from the Sign in page using a one-time emailed link or six-digit code, and you can refresh access, sign out, or deactivate a browser there. No license key is shown to you or required. Keep control of your purchase email, and do not share or resell your access.
Payments and refunds
Purchases are processed by our seller, Lemon Squeezy, which is the merchant of record. Refund requests are handled through Lemon Squeezy and the refund terms shown at checkout.
Web and iPhone purchases are separate
A SumoPDF Pro purchase on the web and any SumoPDF purchase in the iPhone app are separate. A web license does not carry over to the iPhone app, and an iPhone purchase does not unlock the web tools.
Acceptable use
Use SumoPDF only with documents you have the right to process. Do not use the tools for unlawful purposes.
Authorization to process documents
Because the current tools are browser-local, you process your own documents on your own device. You are responsible for having the rights to the files you use.
Intellectual property
SumoPDF, its name, and its site content are owned by Luxx Elegant LLC. Your documents and their contents remain yours; we do not claim any rights in them.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The tools are provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Luxx Elegant LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the tools.
